I thoroughly enjoyed the place, its generous and very good breakfast.
I think it was fantastic value for money. The location was excellant in the very nice area. There was a good restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

For a 4 star hotel everything was very good, I liked to be here. Very attentive and absolutely courteous staff on shift, did a nice job. The room I booked was kept very clean and available with kitchenette and good aircon, as for instance. The location was favourable, a super close walk to The Civic Theatre.

Beautifully decorated and reasonably priced place all in all, has efficient staff on shift. It has particularly good and perfect location to see Skytower. It's in a very very good building in the extremely comfortable area.
Expensive breakfast, it should be better.

the location was excellent and absolutely perfect, near shopping center and other good venue places, attractions in central auckland and other top restaurants. it also was very close to sky tower & queen street is a close 10min walk.

The room was great-sized with a view, value for money. The breakfast of this place was generous and satisfactory at 9.50am, greatly enjoyed it. The staff were consistently courteous in the whole hotel.

Location: the hotel was so close to restaurants, stores and Sky Tower, and a volcanic island. The staff were useful and knowledgeable, everything was very good.
The views were not so good.

Great location, lovely ground floor space, sparkling clean, exceptional value for money. The staff are excellent and the reception people were super lovely. The bar man and check out man were also great. Conveniently placed.
